<p>PURPOSE:To exclude a service interruption detecting circuit and to decrease the number of component parts to attain the cost reduction as well as to reduce the current consumption, by supplying signals to a data writing control input terminal of a data memory element via a voltage dropping element. CONSTITUTION:The signal obtained by giving the voltage drop to the output of a data production circuit IC1 via a voltage dropping element 3 is supplied to a data writing control input terminal of a data memory element IC2 via a level converting circuit 4. The element 3 consists of a Zener diode ZD, and the circuit 4 consists of a circuit containing mainly a transistor TR. When the DC power supply voltage VC is dropped, the voltage V1 dropped by voltage VA by the element 3 is set at (O) when the output voltage level of the circuit IC1 reaches the level of the voltage VA. Then the output of the circuit 4 is locked at H, and the input of the data writing control signal is cut off to the element IC2.</p> |
