PURPOSE:To permit quick and easy change in the preparatory plan of a header by providing attachably and detachably a die set attached with a die block and a punch holder to a horizontal guide bar between a ram and a knockout bar and attaching separably the punch holder to the ram. CONSTITUTION:A die set 32 constituted in the following way is horizontally disposed attachably and detachably between a ram 8 which is connected to an eccentric shaft 3a of a crank shaft so as to move horizontally back and forth and a knockout bar 27: The die set 32 is constituted by fitting freely slidably either one of a die block 33 attached with a die 38 and a punch holder 35 fitted to punch 44 facing the die 38 to a horizontal guide bar 34 fixed to the other thereof. The die pin 40 fitted in the die 38 is positioned oppositely to the bar 27 and the punch holder 35 constituting the die set 32 is connected separably to the ram 8. The preparatory plan of the die set 32 is then quickly and easily changed. |
