PURPOSE:To improve an electromagnetic conversion characteristic and to obtain a medium having excellent running property and durability by using a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer or nitrocellulose resin, an urethane resin and a compd. formed by an acryloyl modification of an isocyanate group as a binder and radiating an electron ray thereto. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium is formed by incorporating (1) at least one of a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate resin contg. 5X10<-3>-1.7X10<-3> equiv. -CO2H group per 1g of polymer, (2) an urethane resin and (3) a compd. formed by an acryloyl modification of the isocyanate group in an isocyanate compd. having >=2 isocyanate groups as a binder and irradiating an electron thereto. The compd. (1) is exemplified by a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate/maleic acid copolymer, and the compd. (3) is embodied by a polyacrylate compd. obtd. by reaction of polyisocyanate such as tolylene diisocyanate with hydroxyl group-contg. acrylate such as 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. |
