PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin compsn. having excellent mechanical properties and moldability, by mixing an alkylstyrene/acrylonitrile copolymer with a graft copolymer obtd. by reacting specified vinyl monomers with a rubbery polymer in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:A graft copolymer obtd. by polymerizing 80-20pts.wt. monomer mixture consisting of 45-95wt% arom. vinyl monomer and/or alkyl methacrylate, 5-45wt% vinyl cyanide monomer and 0-20wt% other vinyl monomer in the presence of 20-80pts.wt. rubbery polymer such as polybutadiene rubber, is used. 50-95pts.wt. copolymer obtd. by suspension polymerizing 10-45wt% p- alkylstyrene of the formula (wherein R1, R2, R3 are each H, methyl), 10-45wt% acrylonitrile and 0-10wt% other monomer, is mixed with 50-5pts.wt. said graft polymer.
