摘要 |
PURPOSE:To form a polyacetylene film strongly adhering to the surface of a substrate, by spraying acetylene gas over the surface of a substrate coated with a Ziegler-Natta catalyst and reacting the gas to form a polyacetylene film thereon. CONSTITUTION:Triethylaluminum (A) and tetrabutoxytitanium (B) in amounts to provide a molar ratio of about 4:1 are dissolved in a nonpolar solvent such as toluene, and the solution is adjusted so that the concentration of component A may be 0.2-0.6mol/l and that of component B may be 0.05-0.15mol/l to obtain a Ziegler-Natta catalyst solution. This catalyst solution is applied to the surface of a substrate. This substrate is placed in a container and vacuum-dried. Acetylene gas is blown into this container and contacted with the catalyst-carrying surface at -100-100 deg.C for several sec-1hr to form a 0.01-0.05mm.-thick polyacetylene film on the surface of the substrate.
