摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To stabilize rolling and to improve yield by controlling the meandering quantity of a rolling material by the roll gaps at both sides of a horizontal mill and straightening the camber of the material by changing the pass line of vertical mill. CONSTITUTION:When a rolling material 9 happens to meander, a meander detector 17 detects it, which is compared with a target value by a summing amplifier 20, and a meandering-quantity deviation signal is generated and is treated by a meander controlling adjuster 21. An output of the adjuster 21 is inputted to summing amplifiers 15, 16 to compare piston-displacement signals of hydraulic cylinders 7, 8 with a draft correcting signal, and servovalves 11, 12 control the quantities of pressurized oils inflowing and outflowing to/from the cylinders 7, 8 to change the roll gaps at both sides. For straitening the camber, the difference between a target value outputted from a storing circuit 18 and a detected result outputted from a camber detector 37 is calculated by a summing amplifier 38, and the result is inputted to a camber adjuster 40. An output of the adjuster 40 is inputted to summing amplifiers 42, 43 as a target value 41 of a vertical-roll-position controlling system to change the positions of vertical rolls 32, 33.</p>
