PURPOSE:To accelerate and decelerate quickly the sliding speed of a slider mounted to a revolving shaft by attaching, respectively via joint members, >=2 pieces of flywheels to the revolving shaft and connecting respectively separately motors to the flywheels. CONSTITUTION:A crank shaft 1 and a slider 3 contg. a punch attached to a rod 2 are mounted in a frame and the slider 3 is moved back and forth on the frame by the revolution of the shaft 1. One flywheel 4 is attached via a joint member 41 consisting of a clutch and brake to the one end 1a of the shaft 1 and other flywheel 5 is similarly attached via a joint member 51 to the other end 1b of the shaft 1. Motors 42, 52 are respectively mounted to the two flywheels 4, 5. Then one set of press machine is usable as a press having two kinds of driving powers and the control for the speed and positioning during the stroking of the slider 3 are quickly and finely accomplished. |
