In a housing (1) of the hammer crusher, a rotor (2) operates to crush the material by impact of the elements (4), discharging the crushed material via a grate (3). The rotor has radial recesses with axles (5) fitted on the rotor perimeter on which the impact elements are seated with a full circle rotatability.
