PURPOSE:To improve cutoff characteristics by connecting diodes for switching to both the hot and cold sides of a signal line, and applying control signals to both terminals of those diodes and performing on-off control at the same time. CONSTITUTION:When a positive signal is supplied to a control terminal to turn on both diodes 3 and 10, a signal appearing at a transformer 1 for matching is transmitted to a transformer 2 for matching through the diodes 3 and 10. In this case, a current flows through the diodes 3 and 10 and a capacitor 5' have no relation with the flow of the current. Even when a resistance for limiting the current is connected to the control terminal, the on-off operation of the signal line is not delayed directly owing to the connection and the signal line is turned on and off accurately and speedily in response to the control signal. |
