摘要 The invention relates to a bulk material sluice for feeding and discharging heterogeneous solids into and from closed systems. The bulk material sluice comprises a chute (1) and a plurality of slides (4 to 6; 19) which are arranged at a distance from one another in the chute and can be actuated alternately, the first (4, 19) of which, which is turned towards the flow of bulk material, leaves an aperture (11) in the chute (1) in the closed position, the size of which aperture corresponds at least to the maximum grain size of the solids concerned. This prevents relatively large fragments of material becoming jammed between the front edge of the first slide and the closing element attached to the chute during closing of the first slide, which prevents gastight locking. The top slide (4) may be shorter than the width of the chute, so that the aperture is between the front edge of this closed slide (4) and the vertical side wall (10) of the chute. The first slide (19) can also be longer than the width of the chute and its end section (20) may project into a side chamber (21) of the chute in the closed position, whereby the aperture (11) is formed between a metering element (24, 25) and the slide surface. The bulk material sluice according to the invention is used to advantage for discharging heterogeneously composed solid residues from a low-temperature carbonisation aggregate for the pyrolysis of refuse and other waste materials. <IMAGE>
