PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in the abrasion resistance of a vane, by making up a rotating sleeve to be housed inside a housing with a low Si-Al group alloy, and forming an anodic oxidation film on the outer circumferential surface, while forming the inner circumferential surface into surface roughness size. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor houses a rotating sleeve 6 rotatably inside a cylindrical housing 2 and eccentrically sets up a rotor in which plural vanes 12 are slidably set up in a radial direction inside the said sleeve 6. In this case, the rorating sleeve 6 is formed with a low Si-Al group alloy of 3-6% Si content, processing an outer circumferential surface 6b with alumite treatment, whereby an anodic oxidation film (alumite) is formed up. With this constitution, strength of the rotating sleeve 6 on the whole is heightened, while exposure of Si particles on the surface is checked, thereby reducing wear in these vanes 12. In addition, an inner circumferential surface 6a of the rotating sleeve 6 is made larger in surface roughness by means of shot blast treatment, thus a slip in each vane 12 is checked. |
