PURPOSE:To easily position the tip of the pin, in an inclined facing manner being arranged, by a method wherein a part of the armature of printer head is constituted from thermoplastic resin, and at the same time a wire pin is welded to this resin using materials such as cemented carbide alloy, tungsten etc. CONSTITUTION:The pin forming part 21 of armature 20 (inclined facing pin group unit, for example, 6 sheets of armatures) is constructed of thermoplastic resin such as ABS resin, nylon resin etc. Then, the tip of the pin 22 consisting of hard materials such as cemented carbide alloy, tungsten etc. is pressed against the resin 21 with the hole 18 of pin guide jig 16 fixed to a holding member 13 as reference, and joined thereto by supersonic vibration or heating (the pin 22 is clamped by a pin clamping member 23 and vibrated with a supersonic welder 24). |
