PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a magnetized yoke as a product by magnetizing the yoke by a conductive frame die formed in response to the shape of a magnetic material to be magnetized, thereby eliminating the irregularity in the magnetic force after magnetizing. CONSTITUTION:When a yoke 1 is magnetized, the yoke 1 is engaged within the hole 31 of a conductive frame die 3, and an adhesive 4 is filled in the engaging portion of a projecting teeth 12 of the yoke 1 with the die 3. Then, the outer periphery of the teeth 12 of the yoke 1 is cut, the projecting teeth 32 of the die 3 is always adhered between the teeth 12 of the yoke 1, and the yoke 1 is pulled out from the die 3. The upper and lower ends of the adjacent teeth 32 of the die 3 are alternately connected via a conductor 2, and the teeth 32 are energized therebetween. In this manner, the teeth 12 of the yoke 1 which is interposed between the teeth 32 are magnetized in the polarity in response to the current energizing direction. |
