PURPOSE:To prevent a break of wiring at the connection part between the surface electrode and an input and an output terminal of piezoelectric elements by providing an insulator from a support for a metallic tuning fork to the attachment parts of the piezoelectric elements, and providing conductive layers which connect with lead wires thereto. CONSTITUTION:The insulator 17 is provided from the support 17 for the metallic tuning fork 11 to sticking parts of piezoelectric elements 16 and 16', and the conductive layers 18 and 18' are provided on the insulator 17. The lead wires 21 and 21' which have large tensile strength and bending strength are connected to the end parts of the conductive layers 18 and 18' on the side of the support 14, and those lead wires 21 and 21' are connected to the input terminal 22 and output terminal 22' implanted in a terminal plate 15. |
