The invention relates to a rapid-closure coupling with two coupling halves which can be inserted into one another and one of which has an insertion part and the other of which is equipped with radially deflectably mounted blocking balls which engage into a locking space of one coupling half and which, in the coupling position, are loaded by a shoulder of the other coupling half in the direction of an engagement into the locking space and, in the release position, can be adjusted out of this, and proposes, for optimising use, that the shoulder (30) is displaceable by means of the blocking balls (10) against spring-loading into the releasing deflection position so that, thus, in the case of tensile load acting on the lines, a destruction-free separation from one another is possible. <IMAGE>
