PURPOSE:To improve friction resistivity by forming a coat which includes solid lubricant and flaky metals at a specified proportion with respect to wear resisting resin, on at least one of both the external peripheral face of a turning sleeve which is supported by a pneumatic bearig inside a housing and the internal peripheral face of the housing. CONSTITUTION:A displacement rotary compressor has a housing 1 inside which a turning sleeve 2 is placed rotatably and a rotor 3 which holds a plurality of vanes 5 as slidable in the radial directions is eccentrically put inside the turning sleeve 2. Compressed air is guided into the clearance between the turning sleeve 2 and the housing 1 via a plurality of through-holes 9 which are formed on the turning sleeve 2, whereby forming a pneumatic bearing. Solid lubricant of 10-20 volume part and flaky metals of 5-50 volume part are mixed in the scattered state into wear resisting resin such as epoxy resin or the like of 100 volume part and the mixture is applied on at least one of the internal peripheral face 1a of the housing and the external peripheral face of the turning sleeve 2, and heated hard to form a coat thereon.
