The invention relates to a pharmaceutical product containing as active substances: a) co-dergocrine in the form of the free base or of a pharmaceutically compatible acid addition salt and b) a calcium antagonist or its pharmaceutically compatible acid addition salts process for the preparation thereof and the use of the pharmaceutical product for the treatment of high blood pressure and migraine.
