PURPOSE:To stabilize operation within a high frequency range by connecting a phase advancer in series with a crystal oscillating element in a crystal oscillation circuit which utilizes the amplifying operation of a digital logical circuit. CONSTITUTION:The phase advancing shifter 10 is connected in series with the crystal oscillator X in the crystal oscillation circuit which has the crystal oscillation X in the feedback path of a digital logical circuit T1 such as TTL and is provided with resistances R1 and R2 and capacitors C1 and C2 on the input side and output side of the logical circuit T1. The phase shifter 10 consists of a capacitor C3 and a resistance R3 to compensate the transmission delay of the logical circuit 1, stabilizing oscillations within a high frequency range. |
