PURPOSE:To reduce the sliding resistance of a rotating sleeve, by making up an interconnecting hole, which interconnects a sliding surface between an inner circumferential surface of the rotating sleeve and a side housing of a casing, inside the rotating sleeve being rotatably supported inside the casing. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor houses a rotary sleeve 5 rotatably inside a casing 1 consisting of a center housing 2 and each of side housings 3 at both sides, and eccentrically sets up a rotor 7 in which plural vanes 17 are set up, free of radial sliding motion, inside the said sleeve 5. In this case, inside the rotary sleeve 5, plural interconnecting holes 17 for an end face whose one end is open to an axial central position at an inner circumferential surface 5b of the rotary sleeve 5 and the other end is open to an end face 5c serving as a sliding surface with each of side housings 3 upon branching to both directions from the said intermediate position are formed at regular pitch intervals in the circumferential direction. In addition, plural interconnecting holes 20 for a peripheral surface whose one end is open to the intermediate part of these interconnecting holes 19 and the other end is open to an outer circumferential surface 5b of the rotary sleeve 5 are installed. |
