PURPOSE:To improve the mechaniscal strength of an external lead-out wire by inserting an optional number of substrates which have resonance element into the rack, etc., of a container, and fitting lids to which lead-out wires are connected to both sides of the opening part of the container. CONSTITUTION:An insulating substrate 9 where a resonance element is connected fixedly is inserted into grooves 12 and 12' of the container 13 which has the grooves (rack) 12 and 12' internally until both ends of the substrate 9 project slightly. Then, the lids 16 and 16' which have grooves along the insulating substrate parts projecting from the container 13 and are equipped with conduction parts 14 and 14' and lead-out wires 15 and 15' connected to contacting parts are welded to the container 13 from both sides of the opening part to obtain a filter. |
