PURPOSE:To shorten a test operation time and to improve an operation index by bringing plural contactors into contact electrically in a bundle with lead members of plural conveyed electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:The plural contactors 21 is brought into contact electrically in a bundle with external lead members 2 of plural electronic parts P1-Pn which are conveyed by gravitation. The parts P1-Pn are tested successively by a characteristic measurement part 17 through a switch 22 which is switched successively, and a selection part 18 select the parts P1-Pn on the basis of the test results. Therefore, the test operation time is shorter than when members 2 of electronic parts P1, P2... are brought into contact, one by one, and the operation index is improved.
