Rope(103) is connected to a jack lever(104) and the center of the balance load(107) is connected to the jack lever(104) with a pin. The jack lever is driven by shaking the balance load interposing the link. In the case of a heald frame(102) descending, the balance load(107) by interposing the contact load(108)(109), is joined with the stopper(110)(111). To raise up of the frame(102), the contact load is connected to the jack lever(104) and a knife (112)(113) is attached to the shaking load(116).
