发明名称 SAFETY VALVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To keep a surface contacting force in constant and obtain a good blow-out stopping pressure even under high temperature and high pressure by permitting to adjust the surface contacting force imposed between a valve body and the sealing surface of a valve seat independently of the compression force of a spring. CONSTITUTION:The valve body 15 is abutted against the valve seat 10 by the compression force of the spring 19 and the valve seat sealing surface 10a is formed. A valve rod screw thread part 21a is provided at the top of a valve rod 21 above the valve body 15 and is connected to a spring receiving seat 22. The contacting force, imposed between the valve body 15 and the valve seat sealing surface 10a, is adjusted by moving the valve rod screw thread part 21a up and down to obtain a predetermined surface contacting force and, thereafter, the position of the valve rod screw thread part 21a is fixed by a lock nut 25. The valve body 15 and the valve seat sealing surface 10a are independent of the compression force of the spring 19 and both of them are sealed by a constant contacting force adjustable from the outside thereof. According to this method, loads for the valve body 15 and the valve seat 10 are reduced and the sealing properties thereof may be kept under a pressure near a blow-out pressure, thereby improving the stopping of blow-out.
