This cosmetic applicator has sleeves, which are followed by a slide sleeve(7), a driving sleeve(1), a guide sleeve(4), a center sleeve(9) and an outer sleeve(10), etc. The driving sleeve has a continuous screw groove in its inner surface to guide the slide sleeve and has an inner plange(17) and an outer plange(18). The center sleeve, by moving out of the projecting part and the groove part, guides the driving sleeve. The projecting part is located on the outer surface of driving sleeve. A guide sleeve is installed on the slide sleeve with a slit and guides a pin(8). The center sleeve is installed on the driving sleeve.
