PURPOSE:To enable workpieces to be continuously held under the same closely attached condition so as to provide high working accuracy with the same complete positive close attachment by providing a quick-joint for connecting to a vacuum source a vacuum cirlcuit in a conveying member mounted on a conveying member mounting base. CONSTITUTION:A table 2 is slidably mounted on a bed and a carriage base 5 is provided on this side of the bed at a right angle thereto. A carriage 6 on the upper surface of the base 5 is reciprocated left and right to the table 2. A vacuum source needed for an adsorbing surface is connected to an automatic quick joint 25 through a vacuum pump unit 20, a solenoid valve 21, a piping 22, a lower bed 3 of a pallet and a joint 23. A flexible piping 40 is extended from the pump unit 20 through a solenoid valve 39 to the pallet changer side and manual self-closing type quick joints 41, 42 are arranged to extract air between the adsorbing surface and workpieces W to attach the workpiece close to the adsorbing surface. |
