PURPOSE:To produce yellow or orange coloring matter by color development under irradiated light by using [bis( 4-hydroxyphenyl )-( 4-phosphonoylphenyl )] methane (BHPM) as a photosensitive agent. CONSTITUTION:[Bis( 4-hydroxyphenyl )-( 4-phosphonoylphenyl )]methane represented by the formula is used as a photosensitive agent. In the formula, R1 is H, 1-18C alkyl, 1-18C alkenyl, aryl or aralkyl, and each of R2 and R3 is 1-18C alkyl, 2-18C alkenyl, aryl or aralkyl. Said photosensitive agent develops color under irradiated light. The produced coloring matter is yellow or orange, and since the density of the coloring matter is stable for a long term, it is not required to add any stabilizer for the coloring matter. |
