PURPOSE:To prevent a car level from turning into a sudden change, by connecting an air chamber of an air spring and a subtank chamber with three passages being provided jointly with an on-off valve, an orifice and a one-way valve and connected in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION:An automotive suspension consists of an air spring by means of each air chamber 12 and a shock absorber 16 inclusive of a piston rod 18 being free of vertical sliding motion. And, these air chambers 12 and 12 of each suspension engaging with wheels at both sides are mutually interconnected through by an air pipe 23, while they are connected to a subtank 2A. Space between the air chamber 12 and the subtank 2A is connected via an air circulation control mechanism 31 which is constituted of first-third passages 32-34 being connected in parallel with one another. And, a solenoid on-off valve 35 is installed in the first passage 32, an orifice in the second passage 33 and a one-way valve in the third passage 34 respectively in a parallel manner, while the on-off valve 35 is made to be closed when making a select switch 3 into circuit, in time of running on a rough road. |
