PURPOSE:To prevent rotation of magnetron body during assembly by making grooves in a yoke while securing a sealing part having projection engageable with said groove to the magnetron body. CONSTITUTION:A body insertion hole 6a to be inserted with the input section 1b of magnetron body 1 and a body positioning groove 6b are made in the facing surface of a lower magnet 3 of a lower yoke 6. While a sealing part 7 is arranged between the lower magnet and yoke 3, 6. Upon pressure insertion of a body fitting hole 7a of sealing part 7 over the input section 1b of magnetron body 1, the geared groove of the body insertion hole 7a will deform resiliently to secure the seal part 7 to the magnetron body 1. While since a projection 7b of seal part 7 is engaged with the groove 6b in the lower yoke 6, the magnetron body 1 is positioned through said part 7 to stop rotation. |
