On the other hand A suction current Fa is formed toward a suction port 17 from the peripheral side of the outer side of the irradiation port 20a of a cylindrical nozzle 20 owing to the air F of the inner part of the second cylindrical member 16 becoming in loaded condition by being sucked from the suction port 17 simultaneously with the irradiation of the laser beam Ya. The product S blown up onto the surface of the body W to be worked is sucked with the surrounding air, passed through the inner part of the cylindrical nozzle 20 and second cylindrical member 16, led to the suction unit from the suction port 17 and the sticking of the product S on the surface of the skin material Wa is prevented. |
