PURPOSE:To obtain a molded plastic article having excellent scratch resistance, surface smoothness, adhesivity, light-transmittance and stain-resistance, by treating the surface of a plastic article with a specific epoxyacrylate resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photo-polymerization initiator and a UV- curable surface-treating agent. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a molded plastic article is treated with a UV- curable surface-treating agent containing (A) an epoxyacrylate resin having >=2 acryloyl groups and/or methacryloyl groups in a molecule, (B) a photo- polymerizable compound having >=3 acryloyl groups and/or methacryloyl groups in a molecule, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a fluorine-based surfactant. The component A is e.g. diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A. The molded plastic article is e.g. an optical disk, and the treatment is carried out by spin- coating method. |
