An output stage for a monolithically integrated charge transfer device which is disposed on a semiconductor body has an amplifier with a feedback circuit including a capacitor which can be momentarily bridged via a periodically actuated switch. The input of the amplifier is connected to a region of the semiconductor body having a conductivity type which is opposite to that of the remainder of the semiconductor body with charge packets transported in the charge transfer device being supplied to the region which in turn supply the input sig-nal to the amplifier.
