PURPOSE:To exchange easily and safely a filter without scattering of dust by providing a soft membrane body at the opening part of the main body of a case, and wrapping the filter with the membrane body when exchanging the filter. CONSTITUTION:The vent gas contg. dust is introduced into the main body of the case from an inlet nozzle 8, filtered with a filter 10, and sent out to the outside from an outlet nozzle 9. The increase in filtration resistance of the filter 10 is detected by a differential pressure detecting mechanism through pressure detecting nozzles 23a and 23b, and an automatic valve 20 is opened to inject a backwashing gas into the filter 10. A cover 4 is removed when the filter 10 is exchanged. Since a soft membrane 25 is provided at the opening part, hands can be put into the case 1 through the membrane 25. By operating a fixture 18 with hands, a cover 13 and a coupler 21b are removed. After setting filter elements 14 in a free state, the filter elements 14 are wrapped up with the membrane 25 and the joint part is welded. After cutting the welded part, the wrapped filter elements are taken out to the outside.
