PURPOSE:To realize high collecting efficiency and low pressure loss by using a porous ceramics which is folded up, having fine meshes and thin thickness as a ceramic body member for collecting fine particles in a waste gas. CONSTITUTION:40 in the figure is a bent wall which is united to each other into a body, having a three-dimensional reticular skeleton and minute pores between the skeleton wherethrough a waste gas is passed. 41 is a reinforcing wall, wherein the bended wall 40 is housed, to surround the upper, lower and side ends of the bended wall 40. The reinforcing wall 41 and the bent wall 40 are constituted with the same ceramic material. The 42 are plural pores formed between plural adjacent bent walls 40, and the plural pores 42 are partitioned to each other with the bent wall 40. In addition, 5 is an electric heater which is fitted in a groove formed on the bent face of the bent wall 40.
