<p>PURPOSE:To enable transportation and reclamation by waste plastic materials to be achieved by a method in which the volume of waste plastic materials is reduced by compressing said materials at room temperature and then it is fastened by a high molecurar resin group-film tape around its surface and packed for preventing its expansion, thereby forming a firm solid block. CONSTITUTION:The waste plastic materials thrown into a receiving hopper 2 are supplied into the compressing section 8 of this device-main body 1 and compressed in an arrow direction by a compressing plate 5. Next, a conveying plate 6 is pushed into an arrow direction and simultaneously the gate 7 of a conveying exit 1g is opened. When the waste plastics are successively pushed into the box 13 to prevent their expansion restoration and reach a rear opening, a chuck device 14 advances and holds one end of the waste plastics therebetween and conveys them into a packing device 16. A ring 20 is rotated and the film tape of a high molecular resin group press-fastens and packs them. Next, a direction chaning device 17 is actuated and changes the direction of the packed plastics, and again the chucking device 14 holds it therebetween, and then a tape 22 press-fastens and packs the unpacked end surface of the waste plastics, thereby carrying out continuously the treatment of compressing and producing blocks of the waste plastic materials.</p> |
