PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of a picture quality of a magnified monitor picture by switching the deflection size in the vertical direction of an image pickup means and the horizontal deflection size of a display means by a switching control means. CONSTITUTION:In case of magnifying the deflection size of a TV monitor 10, the deflection size in the vertical direction of a TV camera 7 is reduced by the first deflection size switching means 12 controlled by a switching control means 20. At the same time, the deflection size in the horizontal direction of the TV monitor 10 is magnified by the second deflection size switching means controlled by the switching control means 20.
