PURPOSE:To prevent the environmental pollution by the black smoke that arises with ejection of blast furnace gas and to enable unmanned feeding-out operation of a dust remover by controlling the opening and closing of feeding-out valves in the bottom end of the dust remover in accordance with the value detected with an oxygen concn. meter provided in the proper place of the feeding- out device of the dust remover. CONSTITUTION:The concn. of oxygen is detected at all times with a sensor type oxygen concn. meter 7 installed in the upper position in approximately the intermediate part of a feeding-out belt conveyor 8 constituting a feeding-out device 2 of a dust remover 1. When the sharp decrease in the detection value thereof is detected, feeding-out valves 4, 5, 6 are successively closed from the upper valves by a microcomputer 9. Thermoemeters 10, 11, 12 are disposed at a suitable interval from the lower part of the dust remover 1 in order to assure the control for closing the valves 4, 5, 6 in this stage and the temp. values measured therewith are inputted to the computer 9 by which the amt. of the ash 3 in the remover 1 is detected. |
