摘要 PURPOSE:To early secure an electric power from the rest of the generators by promptly controlling a bypass valve of a turbine at the time of a turbine trip or load interruption and preventing sudden rise of the main steam pressure in a power plant composed of the plural number of turbine generators. CONSTITUTION:Steam of a steam supply source 1 is sent out to a piping 2 and detected by means of a pressure detector 3, and controlled by means of a supply pressure control device 4. The piping 2 is connected with a main steam stop valve 5, and with a turbine 7 through a steam adjustment valve 6, and further with a condenser 9 through a bypass valve 8. A pressure control part 21 of a control device of the bypass valve 8 is composed of an adder 211, phase compensation circuit 212 and an amplifier 213, while a valve position control part 23 is composed of an adder 231, power amplifier 232, servo valve 233, differential transformer 234 and a recovery circuit 235. During operation of a generating plant, in case turbine trip or load interruption occurs, the bypass valve 8 is instantaneously opened to restrain rise of the pressure. Subsequently, through closing the valve 8 gradually and raising the main steam pressure, required electric power is recovered from the rest of the turbine generators.
