PURPOSE:To save man-hour for jobs such as correction and modification of a flowchart and generation of clean copy or the like by providing a word master or the like storing word data corresponding to the contents of Japanese words so as to display the contents expressed in Kanji (Chinese characters) and Hiragana (round form of Japanese syllabary). CONSTITUTION:An inverse flowchart drawing command is inputted from a console T/W55 by using keys at first. Thus, a drawing program is started and the first data is written in a main memory of a CPU50 from a disc 52. Then, the drawing program reads a drawing data of a module start symbol from a master file of the disc 52 based on a key code of a module start symbol. An output position of a diagram and an output character are combined with this data and the result is outputted to a flowchart drawing data file. The disc 52 is provided with the diagram master and the word master or the like in this way, and the display of contents of Kanji and Hiragana is attained so as to save man-hours required for preparation of a flowchart.
