PURPOSE:To prevent vane ends from frictional loss by affording communication between respective vane grooves provided in a rotor through the interior of the rotor to exerting high back pressure only to the region in which the vanes produce chattering. CONSTITUTION:Oil separated from refrigerant is conducted to a high pressure port 10 provided on the rotor 3 side surface of a rear plate 8 through a chamber 18, a through hole 26 and a throttle 6 with proper pressure. In a rotor 3 is provided an annular groove 30 communicating to each vane groove 4. A low pressure port 9 is provided circumferentially on the surface of a front plate 7 abutting against the rotor 3 such that it contacts a vane groove bottom escaping circle 29 circumscribing a high pressure port 10 respectively at the start and terminal points on the opposite side to the high pressure port 10. Thus, the variation rate of volume in a vane back pressure chamber is lessened so that the back pressure can be held at a predetermined pressure. |
