An organopolysiloxane comprises a combination of units selected from dimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxane, and compds. of (I) and (II). R and R1 are independently methyl or ethyl. X is 2 or 3, a is 0 or 1. A and B are independently-CmH2m-or -CnH2n ( m and n are 2-4) and form a silacyclopentamer by attachment of the prime to S and other two bonds to one Si. R2 is phenyl, or C1-3 alkyl or alkoxy. b is 1 or 2. R3 is methyl or ethyl. C is 0 or 1. The curable compositions are composed of 100 pts. wt. organopolysiloxane, 1-10 pts. wt. curing catalyst, 0-200 pts. wt. filler, and 0-10 pts. wt. cross-linking agent.
