PURPOSE:To utilize an internal-combustion engine as electric motor by controlling a load input apparatus by a start controlling apparatus so as to be turned ON or OFF after the number of revolution of the internal combustion engine which is started by a starting motor is continuously maintained for a certain time. CONSTITUTION:When a starting switch 11 is turned ON, a starting delay is turned ON simultaneously with the connection of power source to a controller 8, and starting instruction and starting revolution number instrution are input into the controller 8. After a certain time, a relay in an ignition system 9 and a starter motor 2 are turned ON. The crank shaft of an engine 1 is revolved by the revolution of the pinion of the starter motor 2, and the engine is started. When the number of revolution reaches N2 by the self revolution of the engine, the motor 2 is turned OFF and separated from the engine 1. When the number N2 of revolution of the engine 1 increases to an instructed revolution number N3 on starting, and said revolution is maintained, a load input timer is turned ON, and a load input apparatus 3 is turned ON, and a load is connected. |
