PURPOSE:To make a titled circuit inexpensive and small-sized by constituting a circuit for dulling a metering pulse by using a voltage controlling circuit constituted of a transistor(TR) being an active element, and an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A collector voltage of a TR29 for constituting an emitter follower circuit, and voltage of a charging and discharging circuit constituted of a capacitor 27 and resistances 22, 23 are compared by an amplifier 28, and its output is provided to the base of the TR29. Subsequently, the charge and discharge voltage of the capacitor 27 and the collector voltage of the TR29 are varied by making them proportional to each other, so that a metering pulse is dulled. |
