PURPOSE:To decrease the opportunity incurring an offset from an accurate displacing direction and generation of a high-order sub-vibration by providing a coil spring fixed to a movable holding barrel and a spacer. CONSTITUTION:An objective lens 2 is supported by a protecting frame 1 and the protecting frame 1 is fixed to plate springs 3, 3' in Figure. The lower end of the plate springs 3, 3' is fixed to the movable holding barrel 15 having a cylindrical part 4 provided projectingly in flange form. The lower end part of the movable holding barrel 15 is provided with a slot 16 having a depth larger then a stroke in the direction of focus. The positioning is attained by inserting a projecting part 18 of the spacer 17 in this slot 16. The lower part of a coil spring 19 is imbedded to the spacer 17 or bonded with adhesive and the upper part of the coil spring 19 is imbedded to the root of the cylindrical part 14 of the movable holding barrel 5 or fixed with adhesive. |
