PURPOSE:To realize the uniformity of a sensible temperature to electronic parts by connecting a shelf frame in a multiple endless shape, containing all shelves in a load test high temperature tank, and providing a shelf frame driving device on the outside of the high temperature tank through heat insulating and sealing means. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal endless guide rails 2, 2' are provided on the inside and the outside of a high temperature tank 1 for executing a load test. A shelf frame 4 rolling on the rails 2, 2' is placed in multiple, and each shelf frame 4 is interlocked, connected and rotated. The shelf frame 4 is provided with a fork-like shelf 8 in a multistage for placing a magazine rack 7 into which electronic parts are inserted, and a contact 9 for supplying a direct current to the electronic parts, and a ventilating window 10 is provided on the back of the shelf 8. A heat shielding plate is provided in the vicinity of a clearance in the high temperature tank 1 of the shelf frame 4, and a sealing member for slide-contacting with this heat shielding plate, and a covering plate for holding both side faces of the heat shielding plate are provided so that it does not occur that an external heat invades the inside of the high temperature tank 1 and exerts influence on conversion to the uniformity of a temperature and a constant temperature of the high temperature tank 1.
