PURPOSE:To greatly shorten the installation period of machinery equipment by a method in which a base plate and anchor bolts are surrounded by a formwork, a super-rapid hardening, non-shrink grout is placed into the formwork and hardened, and a machinery equipment is installed on the hardened grout. CONSTITUTION:Anchor bolts 10 are driven at given intervals into the foundation concrete 4, lower regulating nuts 11 are screwed with the anchor bolts 10, a base plate 12 is placed on them, and upper regulating nuts 13 are further screwed with the bolts 10. By operating the nuts 11 and 13, the base plate 12 is horizontally held at a position spaced with a given distance from the bottom of machine. The base plate 12 and the anchor bolts 10 are surrounded by a formwork 14, a super-rapid hardening, non-shrink grout 15 is placed and hardened, and the machine equipment is installed. The workability of the installation can thus be raised and the installation period can also be greatly shortened. |
