PURPOSE:To prevent a foreign material from entering a gap between a stator and a movable element by providing a rotor at the end of the stator to become the outside from a movable range of the element and bridging a belt mounted on the element on the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A movable element 2 is movably disposed through a wheel 3 on a stator 1 of a linear motor, and a belt 4 is connected longitudinally of the element 2. A roller 5 is provided at both ends of the stator 1, the belt 4 is bridged thereat, and the belt 4 which is integrated as the element 2 longitudinally moves is moved around the stator 1. Accordingly, the belt 4 does not contribute to the transmission of power, but can protect against a foreign material such as dust from the exterior to clog in the gap between the stator 1 and the element 2 by always covering the surface of the stator 1, thereby improving the stability of the operation. |
