PURPOSE:To enable specific measurement of a composite immune body by immunizing the fractionation originating in Fc by protease of immunologobulin thereby obtaining an anti Fc fractionation antibody. CONSTITUTION:The fractionation originating in Fc by protease of immunoglobulin is bonded physically or chemically with the other component or the fractionation originating in Fc and said fractionation is immunized in an animal, by which an antiimmunoglogulin Fc fractionation antibody is obtd. Such antibody reacts specifically with clotted human immunoglobulin or human composite immune body and therefore if said antibody is made into one constituting component, the reagent for immunological measurement of the composite immune body is obtd. and the stable measurement with good sensitivity is made possible.
