PURPOSE:To manufacture a replicating plate whose transparent plastic plate and photosetting resin are prevented from peeling off, by making adhesiveness accelerating composite interpose between a transparent plastic plate and the photosetting resin for replica. CONSTITUTION:An adhesiveness accelerating composite 6 is applied to a transparent plastic plate 1. The composite 6 consists of 10-90wt% photosetting resin (a) stiffening by an identical reacting structure with photosetting resin for replica and 10-90wt% solvent (b) dissolving favourably the above-mentioned plastic plate 1. The surface of the transparent plastic plate 1 is dissolved partly by the solvent contained in the composite, through which the coexisting photosetting resin is permeated. After the solvent has been made to evaporate sufficiently the photosetting resin 3 fo replica is placed between the transparent plastic plate 1 and a matrix mold 2, the foregoing resin is stiffened by an energy ray and a replicating plate 7 is obtained by removing the matrix mold 2. |
