<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a waste gas denitrifier based on H2O2 injection system in which no catalyst is used and which has a high efficiency of denitrification by a method wherein a plurality of spaced H2O2 injectors and an air pipe for conducting bleed air from a gas turbine are provided on the downstream of an injecting position for a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:The NOX content and the temperature of the waste gas 3 from a gas turbine 12 are detected respectively by detectors 89, 88, and gaseous NH36 is injected in accordance with the detected values. Then, H2O2 is injected through injection nozzles 83A-83D which are arranged at such intervals as to achieve a time span of injection of about 0.1sec in relation to the flow velocity of the waste gas, the injection amount being controlled by flow control valves 81A-81D. On the other hand, the bleed air 9 extracted from a gas turbine air compressor 11 is injected into the nozzles 83A-83D from a plurality of air holes 86A-86D arranged in the direction tangential to the nozzles 83, thereby forming an air film between H2O2 flowing in the nozzle and the nozzle material so that the dissociation of H2O2 due to contact with the metal consisting the nozzle is prevented and the dispersion of H2O2 into the waste gas proceeds satisfactorily.</p> |
