The invention relates to a coffee machine. A fixed wall 7 supports, by means of a flexible bellows 9, a wall 8, movable above a rotating plate 1, comprises metered quantities of ground coffee 6 in cells 2; the pressurised water fed to the bellows 9 presses the wall 8 in a leaktight fashion around the metered quantity of coffee 6; when the water has been heated by a resistor 24, its pressure opens a valve 28-29, and the hot water diffuses through the metered quantity of coffee 6. The invention makes it possible to produce in particular very reliable automatic coffee machines. <IMAGE>
